  Photos attached Had a very bad experience in the diner. First they got my child's order wrong. Also never got my pepper sauce with my meal and it was over cooked burger My wife got steak sandwich and refused to eat it. When speaking to staff they refused to change this. You prepay for you meal so they had you. The staff started laughing and staring. Total unprofessional My child meal arrive when we were leaving so she ate her burger in the car. Never be back. Also when your in the shop when you buy anything reduce price they put it through the till full price. This has happened everytime so obviously staff been told to do this. Check you recipes people. Also if you need to use toilets you need a code to get in. Plus the toilet the were discussing. Please see photos

  Unfortunately the staff are not very polite at all. They make customers search through huge sacks of parcels to find their own parcel which involves lots of the parcels already in there getting damaged and shouldn't be something the customer job to do. The last twice I have been in to this shop I have left feeling very upset as the staff have been so rude to me. I will be avoiding this shop if I possible can.

  A very good store with an excellent meat counter and great selection of household food stuffs. Good parking . Staff are friendly and helpful. A well stocked sandwich counter with very fresh fillings.
